Order Processing

All orders placed on Floratrix Pro are processed within 24–48 hours (business days) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Metro cities: typically 3–5 business days
Other locations: typically 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Complimentary shipping is available on eligible orders above ₹1,999. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via SMS/email and WhatsApp where available. You may also contact our support team with your order number for shipment updates.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with re-dispatch.
