Damaged Product Replacement

If your product arrives damaged (leaking, broken seal, or visible damage):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Wrong Product Replacement

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and a photo of the item received
  • We will arrange pickup/replacement or send the correct product as per case review
