At Floratrix Pro, we stand behind the quality of our professional hair care products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Product Replacement
If your product arrives damaged (leaking, broken seal, or visible damage):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
Wrong Product Replacement
If you receive an incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and a photo of the item received
- We will arrange pickup/replacement or send the correct product as per case review
Claim Process

- Include: full name, order number, issue description, and supporting images
- Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours
- Approved claims are processed for replacement within 5–7 business days
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements may not apply for:
- Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery without valid reason
- Products with more than 50% usage
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage or handling
